Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a great view of the Hudson River and Times Square, but the rooms smelled extremely moldy and were always dirty. The service was just detached and indifferent, although room service and housekeeping were incredible. The location was perfect for seeing musicals and visiting museums, but it was too noisy and not very comfortable. The dining experience was amazing, even though it cost $50 per person. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel is in a central location, perfect for exploring NYC with its fancy lobby and proximity to attractions. The rooms, though slightly smaller than expected, are functional and located in Blue Fin. Service is exceptional, with rewards offered and efforts to match local rates. The dining experience is convenient for room delivery, but improvements in the restaurant are needed. Overall, the hotel provides a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning once in a while, and they weren't very quiet, but they were equipped with lots of cool extras and offered a great view down onto the side of Time Square from the 53rd floor. The hotel is a bit on the smaller side, but that incredible view definitely makes up for it.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was a big inconvenience, being too small, dirty, and very noisy due to ongoing construction nearby. On the bright side, the service was accommodating and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location, right in the heart of Time Square, had its drawbacks with significant noise levels but offered easy access to shops, theaters, and restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic, but the daily breakfast was underwhelming.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were beautiful, nice, and big, perfect for families with children. The modern decor and the stunning view of Times Square made it a memorable experience. The suite consisted of two main rooms; the common area was spacious with a large pull-out sofa and a well-equipped desk, while the separate bedroom had a super comfy King-size bed and a luxurious bathroom.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Times Square, but the rooms, although functional, might not suit everyone's taste. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping taking care of every detail, and the dining options were limited. Overall, a decent stay considering the prime location.
The hotel offers a strong option in Times Square with some room for improvement in cleaning. The service was accommodating but lacked quietness at times. Its location is unparalleled for both business and leisure travelers, though the dining experience was underwhelming with repetitive options.
The hotel is perfectly situated right on Times Square, just meters away from all the action. The rooms were a bit dirty when I first arrived, but the smoke smell dissipated quickly. The service, especially from the front desk guy who checked me in, was top-notch. The location was amazing, despite some construction noise nearby. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming with repetitive options. Overall, a remarkable stay for my 20th-anniversary trip.
The hotel is in a prime location right at Times Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were smaller than expected and the temperature control was a challenge, but the Thanksgiving view was breathtaking. The service was accommodating and showed genuine care for guests. Although the noise level from the bustling location can be bothersome, the proximity to attractions is a major plus.
